A very small interior and no sense of where to queue. Wait times are long and the service is sedentary. Use the ATM or online banking as much as you can, only visit the branch as a last resort.

Graham Ottaway Building takes all the hassle out of a complex house renovation having all the right local contacts with local tradesmen and being able to pull all the right strings to get the job done quickly and on time. The service is complete from start to finish and nothing is too much trouble for this very customer focussed business.

Handy for DIY supplies but seemingly more geared towards providing professionals with a great range of building supplies. The store is straight-forwardly laid out and staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are fairly reasonable, but an account will increasing possible savings.

Great company where nothing is too much trouble. The car I was given was spotless and the member of staff took me through the whole process in the office. I was then given a detailed tour of the car and a 'tester' of the driving position and all the controls before being let loose on the road! I've also hired a van from this Company and received the same excellent service. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Ethel's for car and van hire - will definitely go back to them.

I was desperate for a hinge on my motorhome to be sorted a) so that I could close the door and b) so that it would pass the resubmission for MOT. I delivered the vehicle to Richard and the next day he called me and said ‘All Done’ - I was so pleased, the gas locker door looks great, new rivets, new screws and a straightened out, unseized hinge. The price was more than acceptable and saved me a nuisance journey to a place where there are motorhome garages! I will definitely use him again. Great Job!

Shocked there isn't a 6 star option for this place. Absolutely brilliant garage that's done every one of my services and mot's since I started riding. Wouldn't trust anyone else period. Pop in for a demo and an upgrade if you're up for it or just check out the quality of their workmanship.... I think they have a free coffee machine too 😉

Telephoned at 9am to plead with them to take a quick look at my Mates Hayabusa that had stopped charging the battery and would no longer start. Lee was most helpful and rang back saying they could squeeze him him at noon. The problem was a damaged rectifier, and fortunately they had a used one they could fit to get him on his way, and resume his holiday. Great service at a busy time, but Thanks very much, most appreciated, and you made his day.

We have been using Kim & Co's laundry service for years. They do a lot of our ironing and we've experienced great service from them. The bigger items are protected and beautifully presented in a plastic wrapping, and so are the shirts, which also receive the same treatment, but are hung with laundry supplied hangers. Highly recommended!

Buzzy’s is a warm & comfortable salon with professional and caring hairdressers who obviously care about every client they have. For my first visit, I had a full head of colours (dark brown to blonde, which was beautifully done) wash, cut, toner & blow dry all for good competitive prices. As I was there for a couple of hours I watched client after client arrive who were all greeted with a warm welcome and a good laugh! Belinda & Cath make a great team & a lovely working environment. Thank you both x

Stu has provided me with a professional service, every time he has accompanied me on site.

We commissioned them the presentation video of our electronic charity box and have been very very impressed by Gwyn's professional approach, extreme attention to details and very high quality of the finished product. Furthermore, during the filming our demo unit had a small part which was not properly assembled but we noticed only that when watching the video's first cut. Gwyn's corrected it with special effects and in the final version it is literally impossible to notice it. Superb job!!

Gwyn and his team of professional videographers have produced my last two full feature length productions. Illumination and Illumination 2 These are high budget films with a fast ROI from download sales. They are class leading and among the best instructional films ever produced. I trusted Gwyn from the start and together we have grown to become slick production partners. Gwyn has a canny way of knowing what is needed and when. He can take the ordinary and through careful editing make it extraordinary. I must also mention the fun, friendships and good times we share on location because these are in the DNA that winds it's way through the final edit. Still River Films revived my presenting career and I can't wait for our next production soon. Highly recommended.

They provide all uniforms and sports kit and adapted to your individual requirements if needed with badges of uniform added to bags and clothing . Excellent service that saved me so much hassle and after I kept staff later than closing time and most would of not taken the time to kindly help let alone had the patience for the small amount of the order but it ment a lot to a new student to fit in on their first day and be presented in the correct smart uniform that we bought from constructiv clothing at a great price too

I go here a lot as I try to recycle everything. With the recent closures it does mean that the same number of recyclers are coming to Potters in half the amount of time so it’s a lot busier but a little bit of patience and forebearance is all that’s needed.

MTM did the removal job for my elderly parents last week. My family and I cannot praise them enough. From the initial first phone call through to completing the move Mark and Shirley answered our many questions promptly and provided lots of reassurance along the way. On the moving day itself, Marcus and Josh arrived on time and worked unbelievably hard and efficiently. They also did their work with good humour and consideration. Thank you so much for an excellent job that exceeded all our expectations.

It’s a great place to eat your food you can see the food being prepared infront of your very own eyes which is a thing that give an individual comfort and assurance that there food is cooked in a clean and hygienic way. The friendly staff don’t hesitate to talk to their customers and are always wearing a smile on their faces. Love to eat and will definitely eat again.

Best Chinese in Mid-Wales! I've been going to the Kwai Chin for many years and I have to say the food and service is spot on every time. If you like a particular meal, you're guaranteed to have it exactly the same the next time you have it. Simon the manager, always serves you in a professional and courteous manner. Food is prepared very quickly, packed with ingredients and absolutely gorgeous! Couldn't recommend this Chinese enough! There are many Chinese takeaways in Newtown but only Kwai Chin can provide a meal of this quality everytime. 5* Well deserved, thank you to Simon and his team!

This service is amazing! I travel to Newtown, via rail, frequently. I have been lucky enough to have discovered Ross cabs. Have been using service since last September and have never been let down.
